I'm an emerging designer in Auckland, NZ!
I completed my Bachelor of Communication Design at Auckland University of Technology (AUT), with a minor in Motion Capture in 2021. I then went on to have a whirlwind year working for a kiwi game studio. I grew into the position, working on the marketing of the flagship game, branded an upcoming dungeon crawler, and filled any graphic design gaps that the company needed. In 2022 alone, I've worked on 5 different games, including two 48 hour game jams!
Through my studies and work experience, I’ve fine-tuned skills in brand design, logos, publication design, web design, animation and illustration.
I’ve always had passion for telling stories, and my personal work often celebrates this. My favourite material to explore includes the natural world, mythical beings, magic, wonder and whimsey.
I love collaborating to bring ideas to life, and working with other passionate individuals fulfils me immensely. You can find me and my personal work in the wild under the name ‘Aydaze’ at conventions and markets.
