Untamed Isles is an unreleased monster taming, turn based MMORPG being developed in New Zealand. I was brought into the team to cover the marketing design. Although I created all the designs shown here, this project included high levels of collaboration, including working with assets provided by the UI and game artists. Untamed Isles had an existing brand when I joined the team, but I worked on gradually improving it alongside another designer.
The key ideas behind the marketing and brand of Untamed was to build up wild isles full of possibility and history. Visual assets have a blocky, broken earth feeling to create age and a wild, natural feeling. Paper textures were often included to build a storybook element into the games image, as the Isles are rich with runes and lore.

Merchandise - Below shows some of my merch designs, all featuring my own original digital illustrations. The top radial design was inspired by the layers of the in game isles.
Game Launcher - The launcher was created in close collaboration with Lauryn Dorne.
The UI was designed with the intention of suiting a swappable hero image in the back, as
shown in the wireframing. Both designed and prototyped in Adobe Xd.

Newsletter Designs - Created with InDesign, and sent out through MailChimp. Designed to feel like opening an aged, adventure book.
Steam Page Design - All images are animated gifs created in After Effects.
